Hello Everybody!

I keep getting this line on the log "CAL allocation: No Named CAL assigned to user "USER" - usage denied." on our QlikView server.

A document CAL has been assigned to him.

Is that linked to this issue :"Server communication lost; closing document!". I read threads about this last message and tried recommendations but it still happens.

Ensure the document is only distrubted to that person (source documents>document name>edit>distribute) then allocate the number of documents CAL's via user documents>licenses and esnure you have dynamic CAL assignments turned on on the same tab.

Don't forget to click apply on both tabs

The document must be accessible by several persons. Where do I do find the "Distribute" option?
