    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in the process of upgrading from 8.5 Enterprise to 9.0 SR5. I did all the prep work and started the Pub Upgrade tool after starting just the Directory Service Connector service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It gets me to the screen where it shows the distribution service and the directory service connector URL. However , the URL is in Red. When I hover my mouse over it, it says "could not contact this dsc".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My DSC service started without any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Amit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, it was on the same machine running the dsc. I was actually able to resolve this issue. The problem was with the DNS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, one issue still persists. Users are able to access Accesspoint only by using the ip address. When they use the host name, they see a blank page. I have updated the hosts file in the server. What am I missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
