My customer is using QV Small Business Server and asked us if it is possible to automatically distribute (static) reports to users by e-mail. If so, how do we have to configure this?

I am not a macro specialist, but a colleage of me told me that it is a possibility to write a macro to create reports automatically at reload (i.e.) of the QV document. After that we can distribute the reports by using an external program that e-mails the report on scheduled times.

Now is my next question: has anyone written a macro like this before? If so, do you have an example of your macro for me?
