Can any body tell how to clear publisher license key from registry in 9.0.

Because when you uninstall server 9.0 (after clearing from registry) & install server again publisher license is taken automatically.

The Publisher license is contained in a file called PubLef.txt, located in C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter\Publisher LEF (or C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\QlikTech\Publisher\CommandCenter\Publisher LEF on older operating systems). Stop all services, delete this file, and then start all services again and the Publisher license should disappear from QMC.

QV 10 Update -

Now you must delete (or rename is probably a better option in case you want to revert) C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\ManagementService\reginfo.txt file as well as the publisher.lef file in the Publisher LEF folder .

You don't need to clean the registry.
