SAP Connector 5.3 message server connect string fails when scheduled

We have created a connect string using the SAP message server option. The connection is succsessful when script is executed manually. If the qvw application is scheduled the connection fails with the following:

Error: Custom connection failed

General Script Error

Execution Failed
Execution finished.

Is it possible to use the message server option for connection to SAP if the qvw will be scheduled? Using a connection directly to application server works fine when scheduled.

Please verify that you have the correct entry in your services file under windows/system32 directory. Example below. This resolved the issue for us.

"SapmsPRD 3609/tcp".
