Hello experts,

When I try to apply Document CAL to a user document I get the following error message:

Document CALs are not applicable. Reason:
Multiple non-trivial logical islands.
Document does not comply with Document CAL licensing restrictions, please see documentation.

What's it ?

Yes, please contact QlikTech support.

I think you document has a data model which is not considered to be "one" document. So somehow QlikView server thinks that you have data model which should actually be more than one documents. Don;t know the details.

But please update here what you find out from QlikTech support. It will help others in future.
