Client AccessPoint logon problem

I have logged in to AccessPoint from a laptop as the server administrator - How do I now clear this user account ? The browser keeps remembering me as the server administrator and not as my own user account.

I believe clearing your cookies should work.

Many apologies for not getting back, but this did not seem to help as I cleared out everything - All history, cookies etc generated from internet explorer

That's very strange...there is another way to do this, but it's pretty disruptive:

In QEMC --> System --> Web Servers --> AccessPoint tab, change the Authentication method to "Login" and set the Login Address to "login.htm" (without the quotes). Apply changes.
On that laptop, open AccessPoint. You should now see a "Logoff" option next to your user name.
After you logoff, set the QEMC settings back to what they were before: Authentication = Always; Login Address = (blank)
Clear all browser cache data on the laptop again.

facing same problem at my place too... it shows connecting and does nothing for a while
