Reloading qv document with section access inside the document????

Hi All,

I am new to QlickView publisher.

Anyway by going through the manual i have put my documents in qv publisher and now i am setting the reload scheduler job.

Note: The document needs to be reloaded have section access implemented inside.

When i am trying to reload the same in publisher its failing throwing the error as below.

2112		2010-01-20 17:51:17	Normal	Information	Loading document "E:\Program Files\QlikView\Server\COP Scorecard\COP Scorecard.qvw" (0.35 Mb).
	2113		2010-01-20 17:51:17	Normal	Error	QlikView Engine didn't open the document. Bad Username and password is the most likely cause of this problem.

Could anyone please suggest me how to resolve the same?

Is it not due to section access?

In the section access table did you add the account the publisher service is running with ?

You need to do so with Admin privilegies.

Try to remove the Section access in your document, then reload it on your computer, save it, and reload it with the server to check if section access is involved or not.

I agree with Spastor's comments. It's also a little unclear from your post whether or not you have set an Admin username/password under Section Access in the Reload tab--you should do so. Please also make sure that you check "Admin Overrides Security" in Document Settings.
