Managing User CALs in QVS 8.2

Hi All,

I'm having trouble accessing user CALs management from the QVS control panel. When I click 'manage user CALs' I get a message telling me to use the web based control panel. I saw that there are past posts regarding this issue but frankly couldn't make much use of them. by the way, the whole thing started when I tried allowing a new user in the organization to access a qlikview document over the QVS but got a message that there are no USER CALs available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Amir,

You should be able to find the web based control panel at the following URL:
http://localhost/qvsmanagement/
OR
http://<servername>/qvsmanagement

You will find the Cal Info tab on the very right.

If my memory serves me right you should be able to browse the QVSManagement from the IIS virtual folder as well.
