      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a 2008 sever (its a virtual machine)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the machine has qv8 sever which i uninlstalled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i installed qv sever 9&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the machine doesnt have iis on it (i dont want it)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i only need scheduling reload and an access for users to do manualy reloads sometime...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i still get an error when i open the management console.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did restart, i did logout , reinstall and install again...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;doron&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;well , i reboot the server and all services are up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;maybe it can help , but that machine previously had qv8 server and a publisher 8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(the publisher never worked beacause of no iis was available to install).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the install of 9 removed the server but not the publisher so i uninstalled it manualy...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;doron&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
