      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My understanding is the same as yours, that Access Point files are on the server, and will use server memory when opened. You should be able to verify this assumption for your specific file by watching your PC memory in task manager while you open it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
