Reload Fails

Using Publisher 8.5.62.32.5. Scheduled a reload job. Use to run. Now getting error that the document failed to reload. Any ideas why this just started happening? I have removed the task and added with same results.

Did you check the Publisher log on the job? The reload errors are pretty clear. Sometimes it will tell you to check the QVW log which is only useful if you have it enabled. You may want to turn that one and then rerun the job to make sure you have everything logged to help troubleshoot.

Yes I have looked at the log and it say " The Source Document was NOT reloaded successfully" and "Reload failed". When I reload the document for within QV the script runs fine.

Open the qlikview document with Developper, then acticate the Generate Log in the document property. Save it, then reload it using Publisher.

When document is falied, open the log with the same name as the document, then see where is the error ( or post the last part of the log so we can help you...).
