LEF not updating

Hi All,

I am using Qlikview Server May 2021 SR 2, and my LEF Expired on 31-12-2022.

When i tried to generate new lef using manual lef generator like i used to it is giving me lef with old existing date (31-12-2022). Please help me to update the lef.

Note: We are not using Signed License and Our server does not have internet access.

Hi, have you generated your lef using http://lef1.qliktech.com/manuallef/default.aspx?

If the license number it's confirmed to be current, and it keeps the date on 2022, I would open a support case so they can check if the license is ok.

I recommend that you start a chat with Customer support. They can help you check the license.

Go to any support page on the community and click the blue chat bubble in the lower right corner.

@Maria_Halley I tried to chat but it is not working, so i opened a case.

Please let me know if i can do anything else.
