Hi to all, I need an help about the error in topic on a QlikView Server version May 2021 SR1.

This error happens every day.

Do you have an idea?

Hi @p_citron,

It seems that you are reviewing this error in the Windows Event Viewer Application log, yes? Entries in the QlikView Server Events log will also appear in the Windows Event Viewer Application log. Windows does not recognize the QlikView Server events, which is why the text "The description for Event ID x00 in Source "QlikViewServer" cannot be found...." is displayed. But the full log entry from QlikView Server Events log should be included a bit further down in the Application log. The Windows Event Viewer Application log can be helpful in determining issues with a QlikView Server environment, but the actual QlikView Server Events log should be prioritized.

What is the actual QlikView Server Events message that is returned? You can search the knowledgebase for the error or also post here on Community if you need clarification. Cheers!
