Full QV build version (i.e. 12.60.20200)
Are you referring to load balancing apps on the AccessPoint or load balancing tasks in QV Publisher?
Was load balancing working as expected previously and suddenly stopped? Or has load balancing never worked?
When did issue begin to occur?

If issue is with AccessPoint, what do you have configured in QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Web Servers > AccessPoint > Server Connections > Load Balancing? See the below Qlik Support knowledge base articles:

If issue is with Publisher, review the QlikView Help entry Load Balancing Strategies.
