I've been supporting Qlikview for a few years now but I've never needed to go beyond the internally documented processes that we've always used.
We have a page/document that displays dials to represent data values as well as a bar graph.
I've been asked if there's a way to maintain a consistent Zoom Factor so that the Qlikview Plugin driven pages always display at 100% zoom as opposed to reverting back to whatever the default is, every time the page/document is refreshed.
These pages are displayed above a key workstation in our operational facilities and the 42" screens need to be filled with the dials.
They're having to accept the tiny visuals and, sometimes, stop what they're doing to to alter the appearance of the data, which isn't great.

This isn't the "ClipboardZoom=X" in the local Settings.INI file.

@N03L What version of Qlikview are you running? This issue is resolved in the release of QlikView April 2020 SR2 (12.50.20200) and any later versions. A workaround is available for previous versions of QlikView. Kindly review the following article;

Thanks for getting in touch Jill.

I did read that and check that configuration value.
We're running version 12.60.20200.0 and the value was already set at 100, as you can see from the screen shot below.

I know that article reference the fact that this issue was resolved in 12.50.20200 so we should be having this issue but...
If I manually alter the zoom factor in the Menu/Zoom selection, the screen looks as I'd expect it to and yet, with those values in place, every time the page refreshes, as the document is reloaded on the server, the browser reverts back to the size seen in the 1st screen shot.

No David. Once the page refreshes, regardless of the value specified, the gauges always revert back to the size in the 1st screen shot.

Have you tried the suggestion that @Jill_Masinde posted above ?

Other option you could try is the following (this article is for QS but the options are the same for QV.exe ) - Override the DPI scaling behavior

Could you try changing the "Override the DPI scaling behavior" and with scale set to 100 and 150% and let us know the outcome?

I haven't managed to try any of the suggested extensions or server side changes.
I've got no experience of adding them and we don't have a test environment for our Qlikview based system so I can't 'just try it', if you know what I mean.
The 3rd party that provides support for this sees the issue as a client side issue and therefore not under their remit so I'm a bit stuck.
Can I assume that we shouldn't be seeing this though, if the issue was supposedly addressed in an earlier version than the one we're running?

Haven't tried this on the latest version, but here is a document extension that might work. Had to zip it to attach it to the post.

This would need to be installed on the server.
