Issue in removing an assigned professional license of an terminated employee

I have been removing access to a user who has left the company from the assigned users list but the username is being listed again and again like a glitch.

~ also the log file cannot be accessed outside of the organization as it violates company's policy. So do let me know a solution if any has already been posted over or so.

Hi @venkatvicky,

Does your organization also use Qlik Sense? If yes, did this user have a Professional License in the Sense environment? Has the user/license been removed from Sense?
