The troubleshooting path diverges if you're using the QlikView Web Server or IIS, so which one do you have configured?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have a new server that I just set up, the Access Point is also set up but when I try to acces it I get this error: "&lt;STRONG&gt;Message: No Server"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The services might not be running and/or the communication between the various services didn't work and/or the server has no proper licence. The QMC should give more information to this issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have the Web Server pointing to your QVS instance. See screenshot below.&lt;/P&gt;
