    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is the correct board to post to??&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I get the following message when trying to access Qlikview from a new device. Note, I have not changed my login details: "Access denied! The server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account. Please contact your system administrator!"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unfortunately, I don't think our administrator has experience in dealing with theses issues. How do we overcome this problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/182619"&gt;@Bill_dixon_meggitt_com&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you log in in the same way, with the same user account, the licnese should be valid. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What type of device are you logging in form? Is this QlikView Desktop or in the AccessPoint?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
