    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/165557"&gt;@qwebnm&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are several reasons that this can happen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are some common reasons you can start with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The server is unlicensed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QlikView Server can't communicate with QlikView management service. But since you can see the Server info I don't think that is it. &lt;P&gt;There is a menu window other than General and Login, but why doesn't it appear?&lt;BR /&gt;What's the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;if you know how please&lt;BR /&gt;thank you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It appears the QMC can't communicate with the QVS.&amp;nbsp; When did this issue start?&lt;/P&gt;
