I am trying to apply a signed licence to a QlikView server running 12.60.20200.0

I have a signed licence but when I apply the licence I get the error below

"Error when applying license: License is not valid in the current environment, (missing feature: qv_nodes) "

Hello ,

1. Does you license contain the QV_Nodes attribute?

2. Is this new setup or existing and switching to the new license model?

3. If no for the QV_Nodes attribute , your account manager can get this resolved?

4. We can have a case open to the get the attributes adjusted.
