Access point problem when upgrading to May 2021

Hello

I am upgradeng from April 2020 to May 2021.

I have problem with access point after the upgrading. I can see access point and the category and how many app there a going to be under that category but not the app.

I have entered the license in the publisher. I removde apps from the map that has the apps and number next to category changed. I sent over the apps from the publisher and the category changed again but no application.

We have rolled back and took picture of all pages in the publisher and comparede after we did the upgrade again and we cant find anything changed.

What do I miss?

Hi @marvin,

Based upon your description, post upgrade to QV v12.60, QVWs weren't displayed on the AccessPoint. Is that accurate?

Have a look at article AccessPoint not showing document Thumbnails, but showing document count and see if the scenario encompasses what you experienced.
