I have a list box A with 12500 values and now i made a selection in List box B . Now the associated values in List box&amp;nbsp; A is 1000. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i Run the Macro selecttop50 it will take the top 50 from the Associated values which are enabled for the selection in B or it will consider all the 12500 and selects the top 50.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not clear on your requirements, but you might look at the attached qvw (not mine).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I displays the top n items without using macros.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
