&lt;P&gt;You need to contact your Qlik account manager for any licensing needs.&amp;nbsp; They are the only folks within Qlik who can assist you by providing licenses.&amp;nbsp; Qlik article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/How-to-License-a-QlikView-Server-or-Update-the-License/ta-p/1712902" target="_self"&gt;How to License a QlikView Server or Update the License&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;details steps on how to update QlikView licenses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you currently have QlikView Publisher licensed, then applying a new license/LEF will not effect any existing tasks. If you do not have Publisher licenses and are only using the Reload Engine of QlikView Server, applying a Publisher license will remove all existing tasks.&amp;nbsp; This is working as designed as is covered in the online QlikView Help and article&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.qlik.com/articles/000005246" target="_self"&gt;Licensing Publisher will delete all previously created tasks.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you are provided a signed license key (SLK) and Publisher is provisioned within the license, then the same scenarios apply:&amp;nbsp; If Publisher is already licensed, applying SLK will not effect any existing tasks.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If&amp;nbsp; you do not have Publisher licensed, applying SLK with Publisher provisioned within the SLK will remove all existing tasks.&amp;nbsp; Make sense?&amp;nbsp; Qlik partner&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/132304"&gt;@RaviGinqo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;wrote a great article about this -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView-Administration/Applying-SLK-in-QlikView-Management-Console-clears-the-QlikView/td-p/1857928" target="_self"&gt;Applying SLK in QlikView Management Console clears the QlikView Tasks&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
