QlikView desktop on NPrinting server

We have upgraded QlikView server from 12.1 to 12.3 SR2 (Nov. 2018). But the QlikView desktop on the NPrinting servers are still from 12.1 version. Is it ok or we must upgrade the QV Desktop on the NPrinting server as well?

The NPrinting version is February 2019.

Hello , yes you will need to upgrade the version of Qlikview Desktop on the Nprinting server.

Note: The Qlikview Desktop installed on the Nprinting server always needs to be at the same version of your Qlikview implementation.
