I have an option checked in my App under User Preferences "Server performs refresh automatically without client action". However when the data is updated the APp does not refresh on the server unless the user Refreshed the browser. I would like the App to be refreshed automatically without the user interaction, but its not working

What am I missing here ?

Hi!
In AJAX you might have to enable a setting, if you are enabling multiple copies of the document in memory.
This article should help!

The other thing you may need to do is back in Settings\Document Properties\Server tab, in the lower right corner, check the Enable Push from Server checkbox as well. I am not positive this will do what you want, the user may still need to click in the app to get the refresh to occur, but it may actually do what you want, worth a try.

Regards,
Brett
