32 vs 64 bit license

Does anybody knows if a valide license for a QV 32bit maybe is not valid for a 64 bit installation?

If you have a license for a specific release for which both a 32-bit and a 64-bit version are available then it doesn't matter. You can activate the license for either version. But if the ProductLevel date in your license LEF is a date in the past then you can't use that license to activate any product.

@ciampaciampa If you are in active Qlik support you are entitled to latest Qlik version. New Qlikview installs are avaialble only as 64 bit installation. As mentioned by @Gysbert_Wassenaar you can try with latest LEF. You can get the same from http://lef1.qliktech.com/manuallef/default.aspx
