    <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks Gysbert,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i saw the log files: Shutting down the service since there are data with invalid encryption. To continue, activate the 'EraseUndecryptableData' config flag by setting it to true in the config file to erase the invalid data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but i wonder if i add that flag will i erase&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;any&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;data? the old one or new one? or should i take an backup?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(actually in qmc i couldn't configure the ldap but i dont know it is a cause or an effect&amp;nbsp; )&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Directory Service stopped after LDAP change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LDAP configurations changed in a server and then DSC stopped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i tried to restart it it gives an error message :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows could not start the Directory Service Connetor service on ServerName.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error 1067: The process terminated unexpextedly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any idea on what should i do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Look at the log files of the qlikview directory service. Possibly the windows event logs can also help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
