&lt;P&gt;What type of authentication are you using? (Windows, SSO, ticketing,...)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Usually, QlikView does not do the authentication. It only redirects the credential it receives to whatever authentication system you have configured.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using Windows Authentication, you should see a login failure with extra detail in the Windows Event logs -&amp;gt; Security on the server running the QlikView WebServer.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that does not help, could you clarify or maybe even send a screenshot of what happens&amp;nbsp;when the user tries to log in&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;You are prompted to log in again&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>Unable to access Access Point</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are facing a recent problem with Qlik View&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Users who have Named CAL can access the Access Point normally&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but Users with Document CALs are unable to log in to Access Point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;these users are prompted to enter user name and pwd but nothing happens after they supply their credentials&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do I need to check / fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kindly advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>
