Hello!

We encountered the problem of saving the settings in the web server's config.xml file. ("C:\ProgrammData\QlikTech\WebServer")

I mean, that this configuration file should be updated when i change the settings of the web server in the management console (for example, the type of authorization changes), but this does not happen.

We use IIS as a web server.

Did anyone have a similar problem?

Hi!

Does this happen all the time? Maybe there is some corruption within the file.
Create new empty file, copy and paste the content from the old one, and then rename the files accordingly.
You might also want to verify file permissions and, if necessary, run a procmon to check if there is any issue with accessing the file. I hope this helps!
