QMC Reload Fails with Section Access

Hello All,

I create a few application, but this time I create using Section access have a problem when reloading in QMC,

always showing error below :

I using excel file for section access and reload using this script :

If I put username & password in Reload tab the error deosn't occur, but data only showing related user with section access in Reload tab. is there a setting that I missed?

and also I attached for excel files that i used for Section Access.

You must always have service account used in QMC as an admin in your section access.

try adding it and this will resolve your issue.

I'm sorry, this my first application using section access, could you tell me how to add service account in QMC as admin step by step.

Section access must be implemented using NTNAME in real life scenarios.

see attached excel.

I have added a new row highlighted in yellow for service account.

NTNAME is of format Domain\userid
