All versions of Windows 10 is supported for QV 12.10, GeoAnalytics 5.X and NPrinting 17.6

System requirements:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/12.1/Content/System-requirements.htm

https://bi.idevio.com/wp-content/qlik/QlikGeoAnalyticsServerRequirements.pdf

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/September2018/Content/NPrinting/DeployingQVNprinting/System-requirements_designer.…

As far as issues go, you would need to perform extensive testing to ensure things are ok. I do not believe there will be any though as you are just upgrading service releases for the OS. Suggest that you also look at upgrading the QV/GA/NP products to their most recent releases as well in order to leverage the increased functionalities and bug fixes.
