hi, i am trying for one application which will be landing page and there will be trigger(open) link to other application document, i want to know is that possible to transfer filters (field selection such as month selection) via one doc to another?

Sure. For the "Open QlikView document" action you have an option to transfer selections which you can enable. Field names in both documents need to be the same for it to work.

but in sales qvw there month is not selected as

Not sure what the problem is, because it works just fine on my end (after I changed "SALES" in the trigger to "SALES.qvw", but you've done it as well in the screenshot).

If you are testing on the desktop, both qvw files should be in the same directory for it to work, otherwise you need to specify a path (absolute, or relative to current document location). On Access Point it's a little different, the path is mount name + document name.

Also, on the desktop, make sure the sales qvw is not already opened in the same QlikView session (check the "Window" menu) when testing the action. If it is already open, QlikView will switch to it, but it won't apply the selections, it works only when opening.

Hello Ankit,

Keeping current settings in place, when I set the Document field (Present under Action Tab) to SALES.qvw it is working fine for me. I personal believe that you are facing issues because SALES.qvw is already open. Please close it and validate the same.

P.S.: I have verified it on QlikView Desktop.

yes it was due to open sales.qvw after closing it work perfectly
