    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a QlikView app, that needs to be refreshed every 15 mins on the server. If a user opens the app/ accessing the application during the refresh they get a pop-up message saying 'Updating. Please try again'. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made the following changes on the applications server settings and checked 'Allow one copy on server' in QMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="qlik settings.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="/legacyfs/online/152847_qlik settings.PNG" style="height: 527px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After making these settings, I expected the app would refresh automatically without showing the message. But the users still see the message. Do you guys know any fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
