QlikView Publisher: How to install publusher on a sperate server

Hi Guys

Compliments for the New year.

We have an existing QlikView server installation and Qlikview Publisher is not active.

We would like to activate and install QlikView Publisher on a different server, how would we go about doing this?

Is there a step by step document that can take us though this process?

Your help would be appreciated.

Hello Justin,

You should be able to install components (individual services) separately. So, you'll need to install the QlikView Distribution Service (QDS) on the second Windows servers. FYI - most distributed installations such as this will couple QDS with QlikView Management Service (QMS), as the two are very closely linked operationally.

The QlikView Online Help does have a deployment guide: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/qlikview/12.1/pdf/Deploying%20QlikView.pdf

I would also check YouTube, as I'm sure there is something there re: Publisher installation.
