      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can someone clarify to me the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if a user logs out shouldn't the memory he is using be freed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a configuration in the QMC that allows this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need to free up some memory &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
