Distribute PDF Report to Folder does not work

Dear Community

i want to distribute a report as PDF File.

Therefore i have created a task, under "Manually>Distribute to Folder" i selected the path and choosed "All Authenticated Users"

Additionally under "File Type>Output Document Type" i choosed PDF... and opend a document and choosed a Report.

Finally all is saved by clicking on "Apply"

Now when i run my task manually, the PDF file is not saved under the desired path.

After milliseconds the task will get completed and the log says "No distribution required".

What is going wrong here?

Hi,

Check whether printer spooler service is On/Off.

Hi, the Printer Spooler service is running and the PDF-Change 3.0 Printer is the standard Printer.

Restarting this Service, brings no success,as we still get the same message.

Any other ideas?

Check the LEF of your Publisher. Is PDF_GENERATION;YES;; provisioned within the LEF? If not, the option is not available.
