AccessPoint loading... issue

I have an application that previously I was able to open the application up within AccessPoint, but I recently reloaded the application in QMC and now when I click on the application link in AccessPoint it just takes me to the screen and acting like it is loading. in the top right corner I see Loading..., but the application never renders. Others on my team are able to view the application. This is not a Loading Content issue. Any thoughts of what this could be?

Hi Ryan,

First take the backup of qvw file.Then remove all 3 files in server 1.qvw,1.meta,1.shared files.

then copy the pld copy here and schedule the file as it is previously.

after that in aceess point there is + symbol under the application name if u click on that + symbol remove old ....is there click on that button and reload the app in QMC check the fresh data in Access point after reload.

i think the problem with ur browser & session.

can u clear-out ur browser and restart ur pc and see?

Issue resolved after I clicked on Remove Last Document State from AccessPoint
