Reduce the Application by Region and access based on Active Directory User

Dear All,

I have one application which contains 15 Regions data ,

I want to reduce the application for 5 regions and distribute it to some of the region managers.

so we have publisher in our environment so I want to do it by using publisher without using Section Access.

I followed the steps to achieve it:

In the Management Console -->

Source Documents Tab-->Reduce Tab -->Reduce by Field Value

see the attached image.

Then In the Distribute tab ->Loop field in document Tab

see the attached Image.

I followed the above steps :

the end user will access the applications by Active Directory account

so what steps I need to follow more to give access to only few users in each Region.

Thanks for your reply.

i got the solution ,

i created one Inline Table which contains Region and User fields.

then i did the changes in Distribute then loop field in Document


Field containing recipient information:
Check user identity on:

attached the image also.

it's working fine.
