version identification

How to identify the server components versions (Server,Publisher and Web Server). For example if there is an setup with web server component is SR5 and other components are publisher,server from SR12.

Any suggestions?

Within the qmc by system is a tab 'About' which deliverred such informations.

Good Catch. But what if we use the IIS as the Web Server and if the files are copied. Will the QMC system tab will show the correct build number

I don't know if the IIS will be included. If not there will be probably other ways to get these informations, maybe from the registry per getregistrystring().

Thanks Marcus. In general (irrespective of versions) what will be in the QMC system if we use the IIS web server. Will it be blank or what it will be there?

I don't use the IIS and couldn't say that but there will be some visible traces that the IIS is used.
