Audit log get possible values field without selected

Hello-

On the project which I work there a high level of security,

We are looking for a solution to the following problem:

with audit logging we can get only the selections made.

we have very confidential data.

we need to find a solution to record

the possible values of a particular field: 'ID'

on any select and get list of suspects from ID field,

although the values in this field is not selected.

and of course without losing performance and user experience.

* we work on Internet Explorer Plugin.

If anyone has a solution or idea

Please help us we are desperate.
