Problem ending emails using Publisher

We are using Publisher to distribute PDF reports using emails. We were on QV10 and it was working just fine. We now moved to QV11.2 and we get that Error :

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: Exception=System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Service not available, closing transmission channel. The server response was: 4.4.1 Connection timed out

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: at System.Net.Mail.MailCommand.CheckResponse(SmtpStatusCode statusCode, String response)

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: at System.Net.Mail.SmtpTransport.SendMail(MailAddress sender, MailAddressCollection recipients, String deliveryNotify, Boolean allowUnicode, SmtpFailedRecipientException& exception)

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.Send(MailMessage message)

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: at QDSMain.SMTPServerResource.SendMail2(ILogBucket logBucket, SmtpClient smtpClient, MailMessage mailMessage, Boolean validateMailAddress)

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: Failed to EnqueueWithShapeText

(2015-11-16 10:18:40) Error: Distribution to resources failed with errors. Warnings: 0, Errors: 2

Any Ideas ?

Have you gone to System/Setup - Mail Server and reviewed your settings? In here you can easily test your settings by sending a test e-mail.
