Also we have 60 doc call and 17 name call licenses for the same. There is a different kind of problem we are facing from last two days. Our BI server CPU utilization reached to 100 % and when we restart qlikview services (QVS), all assigned name cal and doc cal to various qlikview applications are released(Cleared) and after that all doc/name cal need to be reallocated(assigned) manually which is not feasible for us.</P><P></P><P>We are unable to identify root cause behind this, why this is happening. please look into this so that auto releasing of Cals to users can be avoided.</P><P></P><P>It's very urgent for me.
