Have you entered the license in QMC? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't access the QMC because of the error, have you tried reinstalling the QV server software?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Some of the configurations are not applied due to lack of permission for service account. Account which is running services has to be part of Administrator group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
