Hello everyone,

I have around 20 tasks on QMC. When I am trying to execute the tasks, couple tasks are failing and says 'Error: OLEDB connection failed ' in the log file.

When I reran the task which failed, they completed successfully.

Again, I reran all the tasks, all were completed successfully.

I am trying to test this since couple days and facing the same problem that sometasks are failing intermittently and its not the same tasks which are failing every time.

(I do not have section access in any of the apps)

Any suggestions on this issue please

Sorry, forgot to mention one line in my above post:

When the tasks are failing sometime l also get: Error The document failed to open.

So, 2 types of errors occuring intermittently:

'Error: OLEDB connection failed '

Error The document failed to open.

Please suggest

Hello everyone,

The solution for the above problem in my case was just restarting the QV services. All the tasks were completed successfully.
