Qlikview Access Point

I have developed a dashboard(Qlik view document) to compare Last Year Vs Current Year figures in the Balance Sheet . It display the information the way I expected in Qlikview Desktop Version. When I access it through the access point, there is a data mismatch between the platforms.

I have restart the Actual Server, Qlikview Services, IIS but nothing seems to work.

Can you please advice

Are you using section access? If so, your QV Desktop will always show you everything (being an ADMIN-Role user), but the AP treats everyone as a USER.

Thanks for your reply.

I am using selection access. I might not explained clearly

I have displayed the information in the Pivot table. When I run it on QV Desktop ,It shows the expected figure but not in AP even it is the same QV document .

Then I think Peter is on the right track and that you have some information that are not accessible for the user connecting by the access point, resulting in a different result.
