      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have installed the Qlikview server with valid license and I got one problem i.e. QVS service is down. I have Uninstalled the server and Installed again. But it is showing SERVER DOWN. Similar than using Local System account instead of a local or domain proper user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
