Updating document cals on server

Hi,

I have new document cals which need to be updated on the server for new users.

Could anybody explain what are the exact steps that i need to follow.

I have license key with the control no

If you re-apply the key with control no or apply the updated LEF, you should see the additional cals available.

Go in QEMC

System>License>Type(server/publisher)>qlikviewServerLicense

input serialnumber

control & paste LEF details & click on Update License from server & then apply the changes...

Hi,

If you have internet on server go to Licenses and click on update

If you do't have internet you need to enter License key Control number and updated LEF.

I used the manual left generator from the qlik website . what if my server is not connected to the internet and if i just enter the license no and control no , would it get upated.
