qvw document lost after kill

Hi,

I had to kill the Qlikview process while I was saving a qvw document (the document was in the server).

The effect was that the qvw document was lost, only the .tmp document was present.

Is there any server settings I can set set to prevent this?

Any way to recover the document , in case it is not possible to prevent ?

There's a Use Backup option on the Save tab of the User Preferences screen of Qlikview Desktop.
