I did contact the support, hopefully I will understand what happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This afternoon, when I log on Access Point, there is a red banner with the message "No server"..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to restart all services but it didn't solve my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the event viewer of my Qlikview server, there have been a lot of errors this afternoon :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first one :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failed to start Snmp listener. System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): A blocking operation was interrupted by a call to WSACancelBlockingCall&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.ReceiveFrom(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size, SocketFlags socketFlags, EndPoint&amp;amp; remoteEP)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at System.Net.Sockets.UdpClient.Receive(IPEndPoint&amp;amp; remoteEP)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at SNMP.SnmpAgent.Receive(IPEndPoint&amp;amp; io_RemoteEP)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at SNMP.SnmpService.Main()&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and after :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System.Exception: Failed to retrieve document list from the specified QVS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.GetUserDocumentList(Guid qvsID)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.Diagnostics.CacheDocumentAvailable()&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What does that mean ?       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Your licenses are still valid?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Any firewall rule was changed?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Any Windows updated was applied?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, as it seems to be a production server, you should contact QV Support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
